A custom home is a long project. It shouldn't be a mysterious one. These are the five stages every Rexford home moves through, from first conversation to keys in hand.
First Conversation
We start with your property, your vision, your lifestyle and your budget. If you don't have land yet, we can help you weigh what a lot will let you build before you buy it.
On Paper
Floor plans and exterior design, drawn by our in-house studio with preliminary costing alongside. Every design decision is made with your budget in the room.
The Details
Cabinetry, finishes, fixtures, lighting and materials, selected while the drawings are still open. Deciding now means no allowance surprises and no mid-build scramble.
Before We Break Ground
Engineering, consultants, permit applications and final pricing. You see a full line-item builder's budget, with every construction division priced and every allowance named, before construction begins.
On Site
Excavation through lock-up, systems, finishing and handover. The foundation gets measured twice so nobody pays for it later, the finishing gets installed by trades who have done it with us before, and you get weekly updates throughout.
